She was predeceased by: her husband George Yungwirth; her parents, Leon Detillieux and Elise Detillieux; her grandson David LaHaye; her siblings, Andre, Victor, Raymond, Jerome, Pierre, Leon, Rene Detillieux, Marie Gauthier, Madeleine Commandeur, Sr., Suzanne Detillieux, Bertha and Gilberte Detillieux; and her siblings-in-law, Anthony Yungwirth, Theresa Roy and Agnes Detillieux.
She is survived by: her children, Diane (Jim Miller), Vivian (Paul LaHaye), Leonard (Margaret Hordyski), Beatrice (George Regnier), Judith (John Campbell) and Noreen (Phil Rapin); and her siblings-in-law, Magdelina Bernier, Adelaide Yungwirth and Marcel Roy. She is also survived by her children, her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish (300 8 Ave S, Martensville, SK S0K0A2). A burial will be held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Prince Albert Memorial Gardens.
She and George made sure they always made a significant contribution to the annual church Fall Bazaar, providing them with garden carrots, for as long as they were able to do so.
