He was predeceased by: his father Wasyl; his wife Adeline Sarchuk; his mother Mary; his son-in-law Andy Schewaga; his father-in-law James Sarchuk (Dora); his siblings, John Huziak (Jean), Andrew Huziek, Ann (Steve Lepitzki), Iris Pochipinski and Lena Huziek; his siblings-in-law, Jerry Sarchuk (Anne), John Sarchuk (Myrtle), Orest Sarchuk, Anne Herchak (Mike), Jean Stewart, Margaret Sarchuk and Ruth Sarchuk; his niece Diane Huziek; and his nephews, Lorne Huziak, Dennis Lepitzki, Ron Stewart, Brian Stewart and Kenneth Scott.
He is survived by: his great grandchild Lesia Edwards (Ryan Smith); his siblings-in-law, Joe Pochipinski, Eugene Sarchuk, Paul Sarchuk, Leo Sarchuk (Peggy), Olga Huziek, Mary Langstroth (Barry) and Iris (Ben Spurlock); and also, Colin Schewaga (Marla), Mia, Andrew, Cory Schewaga (Stacey), Alix, Avery, Dylan, Shane Smith, Jim Huziek (Bev), Katherine (Karsten McCrea), Kace, Kate, Kortlan, Heidi (Branden Engele), Ivan Huziek (Radka) and Keenan.
Donations in memory of Peter may be directed to the Saskatchewan Kidney Foundation or to the Wakaw Fire Department.
