He was predeceased by: his parents, Emile Magnin and Marie Magnin (Gascard); his brothers, Joseph, Noel, Florent, Erene and Alban; and his brothers-in-law, Guy Grimard and Maurice Gamblin.

He is survived by: his children, Francois Magnin (Debbie), Norman Magnin and Jeannette Langner (Tom); his wife Antoinette; his son Roger (Lorelei); his grandchildren, Vanessa, Melissa, Randy, Brooke, Aaron and Christopher; his siblings, Real Magnin (Lucie), Therese Grimard and Genevieve Gamblin; and his sisters-in-law, Yvonne Magnin and Marie Magnin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, relative and friends.
