He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Palchinski and Helena Palchinski; his siblings, Sylvester Palchinski, Robert Aimslie, Isabelle Osolinsky, Irene Farquharson and Cecilia Henderson; and his daughter-in-law Tara Palchinski.

He is survived by: his wife Margaret Cooper (Eleanor); and his children, Darrell, Scott Kyle (Leah), Tyler, Cohen Palchinski, Ryan Treyson (April), Easton Palchinski, Dwayne Palchinski, Sherry Lafreniere, Kristen Lafreniere (Mark), Brittney (Chad), Keaton Landstrom, Michelle (Keith), Gerald Everett (Billie Rae), Anderson, Hudson Higginbotham, Megan Higginbotham (Doug), Caitlin, Kimber Killick, Kylie Higginbotham, Donna (Brian), Justin (Jessica), Mathew Slobodian (Jasmine), Cora Bethany (Keith), Ashley Schneberger, Robert, Makenzie, Madison, Alexie, Reese and Emmerson Palchinski. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
