She is survived by: her siblings, Mike and Rose Folk (Kambeitz); her husband Kenneth Van Os; her children, Blaine Van Os (Pam), Kim Kizlyk and Dawn Lorenzen (Jay); her grandchildren, Shelley Van Os, Bradley Van Os (Amy McAvena), Jason Kizlyk (Kelly), Kris Kizlyk (Gail), Chelsey Devine (Nolan Reykdal), Scott Lorenzen and James Lorenzen (Taylor); her great grandchildren, Braden, Kaden, Preston, Bobby, Abby, Cody, Elise, Carter, Sawyer, Kipton, Grace, Ava and James; and her sisters, Kay Matthews and Anne Kirwan.
