He was predeceased by: his wife Lucy; his parents, Luke and Antonia; his sisters, Diane McInnes and Adeline Dudar; and his brothers-in-law, John Nykolaishen, Bill Dudar and Michael Krawchuk.

He is survived by: his children, Alicia (Larry Klopoushak) of Saskatoon, John of Prince Albert and Greg (Lorilee Chomik) of Calgary; his grandchildren, Carissa (Brandon), Mark Klopoushak (Catherine), Allison (Graham), Elizabeth, Luke (Nikki), Daniel Syrnick, Larissa (Fernando) and Lykera Syrnick; his great grandchildren, Isabelle, Eleanor, Henry and Micah; his siblings, Sylvia Nykolaishen and Bob (Pat); and his sister-in-law Irene Krawchuk. He is also survived by grandchildren as well as friends and relatives.

In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to the Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral of the Holy Trinity, 919 – 20th St. W, Saskatoon, SK, S7M 0Y5 or to a charity or arts organization of your choice.
