It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Wright (Wadena, Saskatchewan), born in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on May 10, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Jason; her husbands, Albert Bruce and James Wright; and her parents, Arthur Mayes and Hilda Mayes. She is also survived by 6 children, 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and many other children that she collected along the way, that she could mother.
Often, she would donate many pieces of her art to raise funds for various local charities in the Kelvington area.
