He is survived by: his wife Lilas Koch; his children, Sherri, Doug (Crystal), Darla, Bonnie Jacobs (Larry) and Donna Eisler (Dan); and his siblings, Edward (Leona) and Irene. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
