He is survived by: his former spouse Richard Niezgoda; his close friends, Murray Troback, John Herbert, Lloyd Lillebo and Wayne Elander; his wife Georgina Patrick (Girlie); his daughter Mindy Niezgoda (Richard); his grandsons, Malcolm (Teghan), Victor (Victoria) and Nathan (Makaela); his daughter Michele Spray (Rob); his grandchildren, Dallas (Michelle) and Dustin (Shyla); his son Jason (Tracy Webb); his grandson John (Emily); his great grandchildren, Jadeyn, Kyhra Ivy, Theodore and Wilder; his brother-in-law Pat Breckenridge; his nieces and nephews, Dale Banadyga (Wendy), Dr. Barb Ake (Verne Avery), Donna Ake (Rick Farden), Beverly Breckenridge (Dave) and Lynn Ellen Breckenridge (Sokratis); and his cousin Ron Cartwright of British Columbia.
