He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Witkowicz and Anna Witkowicz; and his sisters, Annie and Agnes. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Linda, Lyle (Sheriza), Diana (Kent) and Michael (Kathleen); and his grandchildren, Selena, Marissa, Michael, Will, Akasia, Robert, Anthony and Nicole.
