She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Thomas; her siblings, Roy Ogilvie (Flora), Hazel Hodges (Henry), Jean Munro (Donald), Gordon Ogilvie (Val) and Earl Ogilvie (Millie); and her in-laws, Beryl Thomas and Howard Thomas (Dorene).

She is survived by: her children, Brenda Hicks (Arnold) of Hartney, MB, Bob Thomas (Barb) of Nanaimo, BC and Ken Thomas (Joan) of Vanscoy, SK; her grandchildren, Matthew Hicks, Fraser Thomas, April Thomas and Dallas Thomas; and her great grandchildren, Travis and Kadence Roy.
