He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton and Felecia. He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his children, Terry, Della (Kelly), Janice, Mark (Joanne) and Alan; his grandchildren, Garrett (Bailey), Shawna Bailey, Andrea, Kristen, Eric Orr, Morgan Smith (Kaili), Jessica, Haley Urlacher and Rowan Binnie-Urlacher; and his great grandchildren, Madigan Orr, Scarlett Somerville and Kai Smith.
