It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Ackerman (Unity, Saskatchewan), born in Macklin, Saskatchewan, who passed away on April 15, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Florian Ackerman and Christina Ackerman; his son Norman Ackerman; his siblings, Magdalena Gartner (Frank), Frank Ackerman (Irene), George Ackerman (Noella), Balzar Ackerman and Theodore Ackerman (Gloria); and his brother-in-law Lawrence Hauk.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his son Allen Ackerman (Yvonne); his sisters, Catherine Ackerman and Genevieve Hauk; and his sister-in-law Lucy Ackerman. He is also survived by nephews & extended family.
