She was predeceased by: her parents, John Vetter and Regina Vetter; her husband Albert Zimmer; her siblings, George, Adam, Alois, Balzar, Alphonse, John, Helen Vetter and Mary Sorge; and her siblings-in-law, Verna, Elizabeth Vetter, Rudy Sorge and Ted Freson.

She is survived by: her children, Gail Mageean, Greg Zimmer, Melvin Zimmer (Cheryl), Brenda Martfeld (Laramie), Alan Zimmer, Colleen Bick (Greg) and Nancy Zimmer; her grandchildren, Katrina, Alexis, Wyatt Martfeld (Pirita Mattola), Sarah Lachance (Rene), Patrick Mageean, Daniel Zimmer (Danielle), Maria Korol (Nicolas), Jonathan Zimmer and Erin Bick; her great grandchildren, Tala, Foalan Lachance, Luke, Leo, Eden Zimmer, Rebecca and Anna Korol; her sister Angela Freson; and her sisters-in-law, Madeline Vetter, Regina Vetter and Rose Vetter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great grand nieces and nephews.
