He is survived by: his daughter Debbie; his siblings, Karen and Kevin (Vickie); his siblings-in-law, Gary and Patricia; his niece Kathy (Dustin); and his nephews, Josh, Brandon, Ashton, Kadin and Dominix. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
