He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Farley Shaw and Mary Ann McMullen; and his brother Stewart. He is survived by: his wife Joan Patricia Smith; his children, Judy (Tim), Jeff and Sandi (Dean); his grandson Blair; and his sister Noreen (Ken). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
