He was predeceased by: his parents, Albin Heggstrom and Ethel Heggstrom; his parent-in-law Noel McConnell (Betty); and his brother-in-law Bob Zacharias. He is survived by: his wife Margot Heggstrom; his son Ian Heggstrom (Jenny); his granddaughters, Cassandra and Samantha; his son Eric Heggstrom (Carmen); his grandchildren, Cacia and Belle; his son Bruce Heggstrom (Michelle); his grandchildren, Carter, Natalie and Barrett; his sister Valerie Zacharias; and his brother-in-law Barry McConnell (Anne). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
