He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott Millard and Anne Millard; his sisters, Irene Bartkewich and Betty Gray; and his siblings-in-law, Lorna Millard, Margaret Walsch, Rose Hoffman, Alphonse Bartkewich, Arvid Johnson, Cliff Lodwick, Don Blessin, John Hoffman and Leonard Hoffman.

He is survived by: his wife Elsie Millard (Penny); his children, Kari Kobelka (Brent), Misty Kay (Cameron), Jerrad Millard (Wanda) and Holly Unrau (David); his grandchildren, Kyle, Nicole, Erin Kobelka, Rebecca, Grayden, Rachel Kay, Julianna Millard, Conner Millard, Jordan, Blaire and Brody Unrau; his siblings, Eva Speer (Garnet), Janet Scott (Raymond), Clara Johnson, Alan Millard, Vern Millard (Ella Mae) and John Millard (Bonnie); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Lodwick, Lucy Polkinghorne (Dave), Katie Dunning (Dave), Ethel Willison (Brian), Susan Blessin, George Gray, Fred Hoffman and Abe Hoffman.

Donations in memory of Leo can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or STARS Air Ambulance.
