She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivy Simpson and William Simpson; her husband Robby McGillivray (Bob); her siblings, Kathleen Rathwell, Dorothy Wilson and Russell Simpson; and her parents-in-law, Janet and William McGillivray.

She is survived by: her brothers-in-law, Jim Wilson and Doug Rathwell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
