He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Gladys; and his stepfather Harry. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Moen; his daughter Crystal (Harold); his grandchildren, Haley and Hayden; his daughter Patricia (Marc); and his siblings, Dennis (Dianne) and Donna Mae (Gerald). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
