He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Tony Polachek and Mary Polachek; his grandchildren, Sadie, Zakk, Sophie, Abigail, Jaxson, Alexander, Kingston and Ryker; and his brothers, Edward (Marie), Peter (Sharon), Carl (Janice), Leonard (Linda) and Raymond. He was also cherished by the mother of his children, were blessed with 4 daughters, 2 sons and 8 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
