She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Hoyum and Johanna Otilda Hoyum (Dybevik); and her siblings, Neils, Lawrence, Jacob, Gerty, Martha and Olga.

She is survived by: her husband Lars; and her children, Ralph (Carol), Rob, Chris, Jaclyn (Dino), Christiane, Alexandra, Harvey (Lynn), Shawn (Bev), Camryn, Raylan, Candice (Nathan) and Lydia.
