She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Valleau (Bill) and Jean Valleau; her brother Oakland Foster Valleau (Mac); her husband Roy John Armstrong; her son Harvey William; her granddaughter Michelle Gibbens (Allan); her great grandchildren, Ainsley and Ashleigh of Winnipeg; her grandson Cory Armstrong (Christine); her great grandchildren, Taylor and Hayden of Dauphin; her stepgrandchildren, Michael Nicol of Dauphin and Jennifer Russell (Jason); her great grandchildren, Elizabeth and Riley of Brandon; and her brother Mac. She was also cherished by her son, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
