He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Gordon Deforest Sr. and Lee Davis; and his uncle Brian Deforest. He is survived by: his parents, Anne and Dave; his son Chevy; his sister Twila; his niece Isabelle; his sister Teana (Fred); his niece Gracilyn; his brother Brian (Morgan); his niece Sierra; his nephew Aaron; and his grandmothers, Doreen Deforest and Yvonne Davis.
