He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Rosalie (Rose); his siblings, Alice Black (Allan), William Schweitzer (Bill), Evelyn (Merle), Irene Evans (Robert) and Diane Hewitt (Robert); his sister-in-law Wilma (Harry); and his daughter-in-law Joanne Schweitzer.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Moors (Jenny); his children, Gordon Schweitzer (Stephanie), Laurelle Borstmayer (Kevin) and Bret Schweitzer (Roberta Hebson); his grandchildren, Michelle McGrath, Craig Schweitzer, Brian Schweitzer, Jared Borstmayer, Lacey Borstmayer, Jayden Borstmayer and Jasmin Hebson; his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Josiah, Elijah McGrath, Leisel, Reese and Charlotte Schweitzer; and his siblings, Erwin (Betty), Josephine Moors (Bert) and Loraine Burak (Orville). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made In Arnie's name to the Jim Pattison Children's Hospital Foundation or the Northeast SPCA.
