She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Witkowicz and Anna Witkowicz (Kupris); and her sisters, Christina and Annie. She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Lyle, Linda, Diana, Michael, Viscount and Louise; her children, Emily Deneschuk (Ted) and Eddie Perpeluk (Linda); her grandchildren, Laurie Deneschuk and Gail Kizlyk (Kris); her great grandchildren, Carter, Sawyer and Kipton Kizlyk; and her brother Johnny Witkowicz (Carol).
