He was predeceased by: his parents, John Maki and Martha Maki; his mother-in-law Mabel Kelly; his siblings, Beverly Street, Berva Sheppard, Kathy Coghill and Dennis Maki; and his brothers-in-law, Lyle Stevenson and Gordon Kelly.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his sons, Warren (Judith), Dwayne, Donovan and Jason; his siblings, Marlene, Harold and Vincent (Angie); and his siblings-in-law, Robert Kelly (Kathleen), Bill Street, Bruce Coghill and Shirley Kelly. He is also survived by His wife, his four sons, their wives and his grandchildren.
