It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Susie Friesen (Swift Current, Saskatchewan), who passed away on October 25, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandson Eugene Friesen; her mother Helena Martens; and her siblings, Jake Martens (Mary), Corny Martens (Elizabeth), Helen Fehr (Jacob), Mary Thiessen (Frank), Elizabeth Schmidt (Abe) and Katherine Froese (Jake).

She is survived by: her husband John J. Friesen; her children, Helen (Stan), Ed (Lois) and Stan (Tamara); her grandchildren, Shannon (Travis), Jen (Cam), Justin, Alison (Mike), Marri, Dillon and Austin; her great grandchildren, Taylor and Jayden; her daughter-in-law Edna; her sister Ann Martens; and her sisters-in-law, Marie Funk and Eva Lang (Arnold). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
