She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Sim and Jennie Sim; her parent-in-law Adam Schick; her sisters, Jean Carleton, Irma Griffith and Olive McGillvary; her brothers-in-law, Ken Carleton, Harold Schick and Andrew Corney; her son-in-law Pat Cochrane; her great grandchild Jayden Schneider; and also Carrie Schick.
She is survived by: her husband Norman; her daughters, Sherry (Jack Estabrooks) and Debbie (Jack Laturnus); her grandchildren, Tammy Purves (Curt), Patty Schneider (Blain), Brodie Laturnus (Miranda) and Christopher Laturnus (Ashley); and her great grandchildren, Chandra Purves, Dawson Purves, Ty Schneider, Kennedy Schneider, Josh Laturnus, Hailey Laturnus, Zack Laturnus, Jaxon Laturnus and Jayce Laturnus.
In Reta's memory, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
