Pete Braun Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2021, at the age of 96, Pete Braun (Swift Current, Saskatchewan), born in Herbert, Saskatchewan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Braun and Helen Braun (Friesen); his wife Leona; his daughter Sherry (Wesley); his grandson Kinsey (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Lyle and Ari; his grandson DeLayne; his son Dallas; and his siblings, Sophie, Otto, Willie and Hildor. He was also cherished by extended family; numerous friends.

In lieu of flowers and in memory of Pete Braun, donations may be made to the Gideons International or to Rock Solid Refuge would be appreciated by the family. (Rock Solid Refuge is a 12-month Biblically based recovery program for teenage boys who are struggling with addiction and challenging behaviors.).
