It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melanie East (Swift Current, Saskatchewan), who passed away on April 18, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Melanie East to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Earl Armstrong and Ruby Stella Armstrong; her daughter Brandi Lee Giesbrecht; her siblings, Ruth Alsanne Bartusek, Rhonda Jean Boldero and Bradley Frank Armstrong; and her grandparents, George Armstrong, Violet Armstrong, George Miner and Lillian Miner.
She is survived by: her children, Ryan East (Shannon) and Bradley East (Brent); her grandchildren, Ashton, Hayden and Avery Giesbrecht; her siblings, Gary Armstrong (Chris), Alan "Chum" Armstrong, Violet Kochuiba (Carl), Wesley Armstrong (Audrey), Tammy Dyson (Gerry) and Kevin Armstrong; and her brother-in-law Archie Bartusek. She is also survived by 25 Nieces & Nephews.
Donations will be accepted in Melanie's honor to the Canadian Cancer Society and/or the Swift Current SPCA.
