With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret McGill (Swift Current, Saskatchewan), who passed away on July 26, 2021 at the age of 104. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. George and Amelia George; her husband Elroy McGill; her sons-in-law, Ralph Brown and Timothy Yates; and her great grandchild Lily Jean Beveridge.
She is survived by: her children, Don McGill (Maureen) of Creston, BC, Lynne Drever (Don) of Fort Qu'Appelle, SK, Pegi McGill of Black Diamond, AB, Rick McGill of Rush Lake, SK, Randy McGill (Val) of Calgary, AB, Bonnie Bourgeois (Gary) of Regina, SK and Nancy McGill of Regina, SK. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations made in Margaret's memory to the First United Church - In Memory of Margaret McGill, or to the Cancer Foundation of Saskatchewan.
