John Penner Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Penner of Swift Current, Saskatchewan, who passed away on March 30, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter J. Penner and Justina Penner; and his siblings, Peter Penner, Agnes Funk, Justina Dueck, Henry Penner, Alma Schulz, Edward Penner, Manda Friesen, Diedrich "Dick" Penner, Abe Penner, Bernard "Bernie" Penner and Linda Spetz.
He is survived by: his wife Nellie Klassen of Herbert, SK; his children, Brian Penner (Carolyn) and Donna Penner; and his grandchildren, Nathan Penner (Jena), Melissa Reimer (Duane), Miranda Robertson (Kent), Krystia Elgar (Richard) and Shalayna Flurey (Tyler). He is also survived by his nine great-grandchildren; and by many nieces and nephews.
In memory of John Penner and for those wishing, donations made to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
