She was predeceased by: her parents, Fabian McKenzie and Frances McKenzie; and her stepfather Fabian Curry. She is survived by: her children, Sean Gillis (Kyla Rodgers), Dawn Gillis-Doyle (Jason Doyle) and Danielle Gillis (Troy Baum); her grandchildren, Morgyn, Taylor, Gabrielle, Nathaniel, Regan, Caleb, Brennan, Keira and Jensen; her siblings, Adrienne, Frances "Sis", Joanne and Fabian; her nephews, Jim, Keith, Rick, Griffyn, Cody and Graidy; her niece Ally; and her former husband Archie Gillis.
