She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Ruest and Lea Ruest; her husband Albert Begin; and her siblings, Marcellin Ruest, Lionel Ruest, Florence Ruest, Alice Ruest, Lilianne Ruest, Alida Nadeau and Gabrielle Wieclaw.

She is survived by: her children, Marc Begin (Claudette), Jean Begin (Kate), Rosanne Begin (Denis Lacoursiere), Luc Begin (Heather) and Ron Begin (Sharilee); her grandchildren, Adrien Begin, Adeline MacKinnon (Taylor), Alicia Begin (Tyson), Joe Begin, Tyler Byers (Lisa) and Jesse Begin; her great grandchildren, Kyden MacKinnon and Calysta MacKinnon; her siblings, Hector Ruest, Daniel Ruest (Gilberte) and Laurianne Douville (Maurice); and her sisters-in-law, Alice Jones (Norman), Deloros Begin (Raymond) and Terry Briere (Rene). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
