It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Harvey Wentland (Swift Current, Saskatchewan), born in Herbert, Saskatchewan, who passed away on July 15, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandfather Arlt; his wife Lenore Penner; his daughter Janelle Schaalje (Gregg); his grandchildren, Kennedy and MacGregor of Okotoks, AB; his son Jayson Wentland; his grandson Carson of Swift Current, SK; his sisters, Viola Schatkoski, Leona Samuelson, Audrey Baillie (Robert), Joan Penner and Dolores Ens (Randy); his friends, Jim, Marilyn Smart, Shannon Case, Mervin, Joanne Finell, Neil and Edith Gibbings; his parents, Ted Wentland and Ernestine Wentland; his parents-in-law, Henry and Agatha Penner; and his brothers-in-law, Albert Penner and Dawson Samuelson. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no formal service.
