Harold Melvin Thiessen Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold Melvin Thiessen of Swift Current, Saskatchewan, who passed away on February 21, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Thiessen and Sarah Thiessen; his in-laws, Jake and Tina Tilitzky; and his siblings, Leroy, Elmer, Elvera and Wilma.
He is survived by: his wife Elsie; his children, Terry Patey (Randy), Rod Thiessen (Gloria) and Cheryl Eyre (Bob); and his sister Doris Klassen (Les). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Swift Current Funeral Home & Crematorium (233 Lorne St E, Swift Current, SK S9H1V3). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bridgeway Community Church (510 13 Ave NE, Swift Current, SK S9H4K1).
