He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Hebert and Bernice Hebert; and his siblings, Heather Mellish and Michael Hebert. He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Dzuba (Monte), Debbie Macey (Ken), Donna Tsu (Ernie) and Chris Hebert; his grandchildren, Tyson Dzuba, Brette Macey, Blake Macey and Ashlainah Szabo; his great grandchild Jackson Dzuba; his siblings, George, Fraser Hebert, Joan Hebert and Candace Steeves; his wife Sylvia Yuristy; and his brothers, Acklands and Fort Ignition.
