It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald L. Salter of Swift Current, Saskatchewan, who passed away on October 8, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Salter and Margaret Salter; his daughter Jill Salter; his brother Leonard Salter; his parents-in-law, Eric and Ethel Mitchell; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Skipper of England.
He is survived by: his wife Valerie Salter; his children, Nicole Mickleborough (Kent) and Chad Salter (Lisa); his grandchildren, Brittany (Tyler Crawford), Emily Mickleborough, Mia, Jaxon and Lexi Salter; and his siblings, Sharon Castle (Blaine), Terry Salter (Connie) and Ron Salter (Cheryl). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
