It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Garfield Dewar (Swift Current, Saskatchewan), who passed away on April 12, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Dewar and Ethel Dewar; his daughter Judy; his brother Lyle Dewar; and his half-brother Floyd Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Violet Wilson (Vi); his sons, Lonnie (Sharleen) of Medicine Hat, AB and Larry (Michelle) of Hazlet, SK.; his grandchildren, Dagan, Cody (Amber), Galen, Shea (Ashley), Tara and Brandon; and his great grandchildren, Adrianna, Caitlyn, Jaxon and Orion.
Donations in memory of Gar may be made to the Hazlet Rink Complex or Hazlet Regional Park.
