He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Krause; his parents, Catherine Krause and Edward Krause; his granddaughter Rebecca Furey; his brothers, Johnney and Floyd Krause; and his sons-in-law, Barry Goodwin and Earl Monkman.

He is survived by: his children, Verna Goodwin (Ross Heebner), Rose Monkman, Stuart Krause (Roseanne), Donna Dussault (Richard), Gerald Krause and Kelly Krause (Chelsey). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
