She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Iles and Edith Iles; her husband Ron Schwartz; her son Harley James; her brother Rueben; and her sister-in-law Alice.

She is survived by: her daughter Mary Lou Rindahl (Bob); her granddaughter Jennifer Plewis (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Annika and Piper; her grandson Jordan Rindahl (Heather); her great grandchild Jonas; her nieces, Jeanette Szigety (Jim), Delea Huntley (Steve) and Donna Willman (Greg); and her great grandchild Mila Plewis.
