He is survived by: his wife Laura; his children, Alycia Lowe (Mitchell) and Troy Baillie; his granddaughters, Palmer Lowe and Charlie Lowe; his brothers, Robert Baillie (Audrey) and Gerald Baillie; and his siblings-in-law, Lyle Baldwin (Darla), Kathy Hamilton (Roy) and Janet Biemans. He is also survived by close friends who were more like brothers.
