He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Poff and Leona Poff; his brothers, Reginald (Sheila), Clayton and Roger (Lorraine); and his parents-in-law, Arvid and Charlotte Larson.

He is survived by: his wife Annie Larson; his children, Justin (Colleen) and Bridget Poff (Garth Morstad); his grandchildren, Garwin Poff (Rebecca), Amanda Gergely (Chad), Lindsay Ranson (Jeff), Samantha Poff (Chris ViCary), Crystal McLellan (Scott), Cherie Cursiter (Adam) and R. J. Wiebe (Kayla); his great grandchildren, Kyus, Katie, Torren, Vance, Ella, Ripley, Jax, Carsen, Gunnar and Harper; and his siblings-in-law, Lillie Poff, Betty Selvig (Norman) and Carl Larson (Kim). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
