He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Oliver and Mary Oliver; his sons, Timmy and Mathew Oliver; his daughter-in-law Wanda Oliver (Eric); his sister Kathryn Fisher; his siblings-in-law, Al Fisher, Len Hudson, Garth Holtslander, Angeline Holtslander and Verna Nostbakken; and his nieces, Kari Hudson and Angela Oliver.
He is survived by: his children, Eric Oliver and Connie Williams; his grandchildren, Peter, Jessica Williams (Dave), David, Zachary and Erin Oliver; his siblings, Mary Hudson and Cecil Oliver (Joyce); his brother-in-law Earl Nostbakken (Mary Ann); and his wife Gerry Nostbakken. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
