Lewis Simes Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lewis Simes (Sturgis, Saskatchewan), who passed away on July 25, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Simes and Anna Simes; and his wife Anne. He is survived by: his children, Allan, Lewis, Margaret and Norman; his grandfather Anton Arntson; his spouse Randy Schuster; his daughter Gayle; his son-in-law Randy; his granddaughters, Emory (Jon Turner) and Lindsey (Terren Sweezey); his great grandchildren, Oakley Turner and London Turner; his siblings, Margaret Olson of Swift Current, SK and Norman; and also, Lewis and Anne. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.

In 2014, Lewis developed Alzheimer's and became a resident of the Yorkton and District Nursing Home.
