He is survived by: his wife Denise O'Hare; his parents, Wally and Bernadette; and his siblings, Brad, Evelynn Perry (Doug) and Melody O'Hare (Shawn). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
