He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Berkan and Elizabeth Berkan; and his siblings, Patricia Sellers and Douglas. He is survived by: his brothers, Ralph (Lyda), Neil (Sandra), Larry (Cheryl), Earl (Donald) and Warren (Maureen); and his siblings-in-law, Carol and Roy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
