He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou McIntosh; his children, Nicole Elder (Joel), Jada, Donnie, Angie Driedger (Jason), Quinton, Jaylynn, Haley Smith (Aaron), Owen, Shane McIntosh (Lori), Deana, Destiny and Luke; and his siblings, John McIntosh (Elaine), Larry McIntosh, Myrna Davis (Rick), Joan Bernier, Donna Slater and Zandra Slater.
