She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Cook and Mary Cook; and her husband Daniel Heathen. She is survived by: her close friend Tiny; her children, Bernice Lewis (Burton), Rose Hill, Percy Heathen (Melina), George Heathen, Gloria Starley (Tony), Ruby Whitstone (Darryl), Roger Heathen and Kevin Heathen; her nieces and nephews, Gordon Cook (Leona), Loretta Wolfe (Ernest) and Terry Cook (Leona); her siblings, James, Edwin, Simon, Katherine and Elizabeth; her children, Bruce and Martha; her son-in-law Christopher Hill; her grandchildren, Darryl, Willis, Kelly, Jeanine, Michael Berland, Gail Cook and Quincy Heathen; and her great grandchildren, Bryce Cook, Angel Heathen and Angel Whitstone. She is also survived by 63 grandchildren, 159 great-grandchildren and 46 great-great-grandchildren.
